These roles collaborate to convert leads into clients through a structured discovery and quoting process.

Before finalizing contracts, prospective property owners often had pricing and investment-related questions. However, Pure lacked a streamlined way to communicate this info professionally and consistently.

They needed a custom quoting solution that could:

User Journey Example

  1. BDR gathers property info during a discovery meeting.

  2. Info is entered into an internal calculator.

  3. A quote is generated showing:

    • Rental rate

    • Management, leasing, and maintenance fees

    • Investment projections

  4. The client receives a live link to review and optionally accept the quote.

  5. Upon acceptance:

    • The deal progresses to “Quote Accepted”

    • A PDF is sent

    • Sales rep follows up for PMA (Property Management Agreement) signing
